
I’m SUPER EXCITED that these new #fitnesstoatee home workouts have officially launched today 7 July 2020! Outside of the #fitnesstoatee 1:1 online and customised coaching plans, you will now be able to workout with me for 20 workouts over 4 weeks. We will be working out together throughout the entire video.
All plans are accessed via the Fitness To A Tee mobile phone app. A link for you to sign up and download the app is sent to you once you sign up for the plan.
The 5 days/week workouts include:
- optional dance warm up to African music – 5 mins;
- warm up #2 – 5 mins;
- workout: 25 – 40 mins and
- stretch – 5 mins.

The workouts include body weight, dumbbells and/or you can use household items as “weights” which I show you in the videos. The last day of each week is a stretch + relax day, including some easy emotional wellness tips, particularly with everything that is going on in the world at this time.

The investment into the 4 weeks plans available for all levels of fitness is AUSD$59.99 or you can pay AUSD$15/month over a period of 5 months.
If you are in any country in Africa, send an email to fitness@fitnesstoatee.com.au so that I can give you the rate in your country. The rate in Africa will not be equal to the Australia rate due to consideration of the varying economic circumstances.

All proceeds from plans purchased in any African country go to support marginalised cancer patients and their families supported in Zimbabwe by the Elizabeth Chanakira Cancer Trust and as such payments are made directly to the ECCT charity account in Zimbabwe.
